Autonomous robots.For cleaner facilities.

We're the embodied AI research arm of LionsBot. We develop embodied AI for facilities management.

We build robots and train AI models for facilities management.

Cleaning. Maintenance. Security.
01 — The Problem

Conventional robotics cannot operate here.

It is one of the largest industries on earth, and one of the least automated. The demand is there. The environments are too variable for conventional robotics to hold.
01

Labour at scale

Tens of millions of people clean, maintain, and secure buildings every day. The work stays manual because the spaces shift too much for conventional robots to follow.

02

Messy environments. Complex cleaning.

Spills spread, clutter builds up, and people move through the space. Cleaning means identifying the mess, choosing the right tool, and adapting to different surfaces—all while working around what’s in the way.

03

It's an AI problem before a hardware problem

The environment changes faster than a pre-programmed system can keep up with. It takes embodied AI: models that perceive and act in real time, trained on data from working facilities.

02 — Approach

Our team works on hardware to AI.

No single layer works without the others. So we build all of them.
01 / 04

Model

Vision-language-action models that turn perception and language into motor commands, trained end to end on real sensor data.

02 / 04

Autonomy

Navigation, mapping, and contact-rich manipulation for the cluttered spaces conventional autonomy can't handle.

03 / 04

Hardware

The robots, power, and sensing that carry the models into the field and hold up there.

04 / 04

Deployment

Hotels, airports, and office buildings in daily operation. Every run feeds data back into the model.

Careers

Join us at the frontier.

We train the models, build the robots, and deploy them in real facilities. The hardest unsolved problems in embodied AI, with a team that ships.

Deployments & Partnerships

Let's deploy.

We run pilots in commercial buildings across Southeast Asia, and we talk to researchers and investors who want in.
